Return And Refund Policy

At ANTΛH, every piece is crafted with intention, depth, and care.

However, if something isn’t right, we offer a simple and fair 3-day return policy.

Please read the details below before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility (Within 3 Days)

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The product is in original condition, exactly as delivered
  • You have valid proof of purchase (Order ID / invoice)

We do not accept returns after 3 days under any circumstance.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and limited-edition reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased under a sale or discount
  • Limited-release drops
  • Customized or altered items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  • Items with visible wear, perfume scents, stains, or damage

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Unedited photos of the product (front, back, tags)

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • The item must be shipped back using a trackable courier service.
  • ANTΛH is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

We will provide the return address once your request is approved.

5. Refund Method

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, you will receive a store credit/refund voucher equal to the product value.
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase.
  • We do not offer cash or bank refunds.

Store credit/refund vouchers are issued within 3–5 business days after inspection.

6. Exchanges

Direct product exchanges are not available.

Customers may use their store credit to reorder any item once the return is approved.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Email support@antah.in within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Attach photos/video showing the issue clearly
  3. We will replace the item at no extra cost

(After 48 hours, we cannot process such claims.)

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.

9. Important Notes

  • ANTΛH reserves the right to reject returns that fail to meet policy conditions.
  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  • All policies are in accordance with Indian consumer laws.
