Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand drops or launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping may be introduced in future collections.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before order confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Non-metro & remote areas: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A courier partner link to monitor your delivery status

If tracking details are not updated within 48 hours, please contact us.

6. Delays & Service Interruptions

ANTΛH is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  1. Contact support@antah.in within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the package and product
  3. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
